I'm a busy mom with four young children, so it is important for me to have easy options for meals for my family, and we love to celebrate the change of seasons with delicious, cozy moments with comforting food. This far from ordinary, gluten free Cornbread Apple Crisp is so Krusteazy, and fun! It brings me so much joy to slice freshly harvested apples, and pair them with cinnamon. I top them with a mixture of Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix, combined with butter, brown sugar, and rolled oats until it makes a crumbly crust that bakes crisp and delicious, as the apples, coated with cinnamon and sugar get tender and juicy. Serving it warm with vanilla ice cream makes a scrumptious Fall treat that my family loves.
