Description

This gluten free banana bread is so fluffy and so moist. Filled with bananas and chocolate chips with the added spice of cinnamon making this recipe even more tasty! I hope you ENJOY!!!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a loaf pan and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl cream together sugar, and butter, then add eggs, milk, vanilla and ripe bananas, mixing until everything is combine and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Once combine add dry mix to wet mix and stir everything together, then add chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed in mix.

    1. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  4. Slice and serve warm.

  5. ENJOY!!!!
