Description

Gluten Free Gingerbread French is the best breakfast to get in the holiday spirit. Filled with all of the delicious spices and flavors of gingerbread, topped cranberries, powdered sugar and served with maple syrup! This super easy French toast is the perfect gluten free recipe to make ahead and throw in the oven the next morning for Christmas breakfast or brunch. Hope you ENJOY!!!

Instructions

    1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and cut up bagels into cubes and add to baking dish.

    2. In a large bowl combine milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all spice, clove and vanilla, whisking everything together, then pour onto bagel cubes. Then top with cranberries.

    3. Wrap casserole with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, for best results refrigerate overnight.

    4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 45- 60 minutes

    5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.

    6. ENJOY!!!!
