Gluten Free Strawberry Crisp is the perfect summer dessert! Juicy, sweet strawberries topped with a buttery brown sugar crumble, baked to perfection and finished with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! Crisp is our go-to dessert because it is SO EASY and SO GOOD!! This strawberry version is sure to be a crowd pleaser and one of your favorite ways to enjoy strawberries all year long! Gluten Free Strawberry Crisp

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease 6 mini baking dishes and set aside.

    2. In a mixing bowl strawberries, brown sugar, flour and lemon juice and mix until strawberries are evenly coated. Pour strawberry mix into prepared baking dish.

    3. In a separate mixing bowl combine, gluten free flour, gluten free rolled oats and brown sugar. Add Butter and use hands to combine and create a crumble. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the top of strawberries.

    4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until fruit is soft and juice is bubbling and crumble is golden brown.

    5. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Top with vanilla ice cream.

    6. ENJOY!!!!
