The perfect summer salad… Spinach, strawberries, red onions, almonds and feta cheese topped with a delicious poppy seed, honey vinaigrette. The perfect side dish or add chicken and create the perfect meal. Your guests and your taste buds will be so happy you made this amazing salad.

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Prepare vinaigrette dressing by adding balsamic, olive oil, poppy seeds, honey, salt and pepper and whisking together until completely combined. Set aside.

  2. Place Spinach in a large serving bowl and mix in strawberries and onions. Top salad with vinaigrette and mix together. Top with onions, almonds and feta cheese and toss lightly to combine.

  3. Serve immediately

  4. ENJOY!!!!
